Twist locks for containers are used to fix shipping containers. When shipping containers need to be attached in a vertical way, instead of using lashing, the ISO corner castings can be used to fix a shipping container to a base: deck, truck or trailer. Container Twist locks are also used to interconnect shipping containers vertically. Twist locks for containers can either be weldable: they are welded to a base frame or they can connect to a corner casting.
